Part-Time Humanities & Behavioral Science Adjunct Pool

College of Arts and Sciences: Humanities, Natural Sciences, Psychology, & Social Sciences Anderson University is accepting applications for our Humanities adjunct teaching pool. Adjunct Faculty are temporary, part-time positions hired each semester on an as-needed basis. Instructional responsibilities include: 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 academic years Meet scheduled classes contracted to teach. Facilitate a learning environment to promote student success. Provide a syllabus for assigned course(s). Manages course content and requirements. Maintain student records of attendance and grades according to establish academic schedule. Evaluation of student work and course assessment. Maintain frequent communication with students, department faculty and staff. Aid students beyond scheduled class time to answer questions/provide assistance. Submit required documentation and attend required university meetings. Consult with Department Chair/Dean to resolve concerns and issues with classes or individual students.
