QA Analyst II

As a QA Analyst II, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of a flagship enterprise software product. You will work within an agile engineering team where quality is a shared responsibility and testing is integrated throughout the development lifecycle. The role combines functional, regression, exploratory, performance, compatibility, and integration testing across complex web applications. You will help the team deliver software quickly without compromising product quality, using structured testing and investigative techniques to uncover potential issues. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers, QA professionals, and technical writers throughout planning and release cycles. With a strong focus on browser, platform, and plugin compatibility, you will investigate real-world scenarios across interconnected software environments.
