7+ yrs experience HC Background 1) Validate and Prepare ICD-9 codes in-take form for Medical Policy which needs ICD-10 remediation, input for HLI LEAP I-10 Tool 2) Identify any Invalid or unspecified ICD-9 codes for further review and remediation, during the validation step 3) Perform list conversion of ICD-9 to ICD-10 codes in LEAP I-10 and create corresponding mapping deliverable 4) Update Medical Policy with the ICD-10 codes and prepare as input for BRD update
