- Reports to management any violations of USCG regulations, Louisiana Gaming Commission regulations, or unsafe conditions as it pertains to riverboat gaming. - Participates in training with the deck crew on emergency procedures, safety, seamanship, and other programs. - Ensures that safety equipment is provided, and appropriate guidelines are followed for all tasks involving physical risk or hazardous materials. - Performs various tasks involved in the maintenance and upkeep of vessel and equipment.
