Collect Process capability data (CTQ monthly) Carry out Cut tyre analysis (Monthly) Tyre weight monitoring (Daily) Finished Product Audit/Report (Daily) Preparation of PDIR(Daily) Shift DMRC (Daily) Co-ordination of customer related activities (when required) Defence tyre inspection related activities (As when required) Capturing/holding/stopping floor abnormalities (Routine) Skills : Knowledge of quality tools ✓ . Exposure to core tools (SPC, MSA etc) ✓ Knowledge about IMS systems ✓ Exposure to cut tyre analysis ✓ Exposure to ATQM techniques ✓ Relevant Experience : 1-3 years Education Qualification(s) : BTECH /MSc/ Mechanical/ Polymer
