Inventory Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time; Exempt Location: Litchfield, IL

Who You Are: As an Inventory Supervisor at Curaleaf, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing inventory systems and implementing company policies. You are a detail-oriented and proactive leader who thrives in managing inventory operations and supporting cross-functional teams. As an Inventory Supervisor, you’ll oversee inventory processes, ensure compliance, and lead teams to success. Your role will include overseeing all inventory and delivery functions related to cannabis oil, cannabis-infused products, excipients, containers, packaging, and other controlled inputs throughout the production cycle.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee and manage a team responsible for receiving, pick-and-pack operations, deliveries, and vault functions.

• Ensure daily and weekly cycle counts and audits are completed in compliance with SOPs.

• Maintain control over facility vaults and storage areas, logging receipts, and ensuring accurate inventory accounts.

• Design and implement inventory tracking systems to enhance control and efficiency.

• Analyze data to anticipate future inventory needs and address discrepancies with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Coordinate manufacturing requirements to fulfill customer orders while adhering to quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
