Job Summary The purpose of this role is to identify and develop new business opportunities for ICG Medical in the territory and/or country. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

The Business Development Executive/Consultant will have a successful track record and proven experience in selling talent solutions to hospitals and healthcare systems. You will take a strategic approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Driven by research, you will develop and implement a client acquisition plan to ensure desired outcomes and targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify new business accounts, opportunities, and growth areas, including new markets, trends, talent solutions, products, and marketing strategies.

• Source and connect with the appropriate contact within organizations.

• Use insights to generate leads and prospective customers, which may include cold calling, direct marketing, and CRM.

• Meet and target the right accounts and clients in person or virtually.
