Maintenance Technician (Entry Level)

Sun City Anthem at Merrill Ranch is an active adult community located in Florence, with amenities that include a 48,000 square-foot clubhouse featuring a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, a restaurant and cybercafé, ballroom and a variety of hobby and game rooms. The Anthem community includes in its amenities a golf course, restaurant and a large community park with a splash pad, stadium softball field and numerous multipurpose and soccer fields. Sun City Anthem at Merrill Ranch is seeking a full-time entry-level Maintenance Technician who is responsible for maintenance and upkeep of buildings, building systems, common areas and other physical assets.
