Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, 7am-4pm, flex Monday Location: Work Location Requirement: Based on operational needs, employees may be assigned to work at either 155 N. Occidental Blvd or the I-STRTP location at 134 N. Occidental Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90026, located across the street. Flexibility to work at either site is required. Compensation: In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is posted with this position. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. About the Program: Residential Treatment Program (STRTP) : This short-term residential therapeutic program provides services to pregnant, parenting, and at-risk young women (and their children) ages 13-18 in the foster care and/or juvenile justice system. These youth are typically placed by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) or Probation Department JOB SUMMARY Responsible for monitoring, supervising, and guiding the staff and residents in their daily routine. Responsible for facility management duties. Provides leadership to the Residential Counselors and ensures a healthy, therapeutic and safe environment for residents and their children in their care. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Provides oversight and assistance to each resident in working with a group and in handling individual problems. Provides supervision, protection, and care of residents individually and in groups at all time. Oversight and administration of discipline and setting of limits for residents. Documents residents progress; identifies possible need for professional services; communicates such findings to professional staff. Evaluates and monitors Residential Counselors. Participates in mandatory trainings, in-service, and meetings. Maintain regular, consistent, and timely attendance. Maintain confidentiality as required by St. Anne’s, licensing, HIPPA, and other regulatory agencies. SECONDARY JOB DUTIES: Participate on Facility Manager Training. Participate/ Evaluate mandatory trainings, in-services, and meetings. Participate in the Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) of the agency. Monitor/Evaluate/Oversee staff trainings Other duties as assigned.
