Graduate Assistantship - Center for Global Engagement

The Center for Global Engagement Graduate Assistant supports international students in gaining experience with local culture and promotes international student recruitment. The Graduate Assistant will participate in planning virtual recruitment events and international student orientation. Graduate students applying for this position should have experience or a strong interest in interacting with international students with various cultural backgrounds. Illustrative examples of duties: participate in planning and organizing of in-person and virtual events provide administrative support and marketing materials for activities and events (i.e., skilled in PowerPoint, video editing, preparation of group lists, etc.) plan, interview, and execute international student testimonials assist with various aspects of the international student recruitment process Credit Option – 3 to 6 credits Contact: To learn more, please send an email to Michael Burke, Director of International Student Services, ([email removed]).
