2nd Shift Production Associate - MAD

Job description: 4 Day Work Week! Purpose: Perform all tasks involved in the production of JBC Technologies, Inc. products. This includes laminating, slitting, die-cutting and assembly work with various materials including foams, rubbers, metals, graphite, cork-fibers, and fiberglass. Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sets-up and operate any shop machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines Reads and interprets blueprints, drawings, Job Orders, routers and diagrams to select dies, position, and secure machinery Adheres to operating procedures/instructions Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks per specification to run job orders accurately and maximize productivity Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisors Maintain a clean and safe work station; follow shop 5S system Embrace a team attitude that aligns with JBC’s Core Values Accurately record labor and material usage in ERP system Follow all JBC policies and procedures Other responsibilities as assigned by management
