Position Summary / 職務概要 Cost & Procurement Managerは、STACKのデータセンター開発プロジェクトにおけるコスト管理および調達業務を担当するポジションです。 本ポジションは Director, Cost & Procurementの指導のもと、Delivery Operationsチームの一員として、日本全国のデータセンター開発プロジェクトを横断的に支援します。 また、本ポジションは Project Directorの右腕として、コストおよび調達の観点からプロジェクト推進を支える重要な役割を担います。 プロジェクト初期段階から関与し、プロジェクト座組構成の提案、マスタースケジュール策定、コスト計画、調達戦略の構築などを通じて、プロジェクトチームが効率的にプロジェクトを推進できるよう支援します。 本ポジションは助言のみを行うコンサルティングポジションではなく、実務レベルでコスト分析・見積査定・調達業務に関与する実行型ポジションです。 The Cost & Procurement Manager is responsible for cost management and procurement support across STACK’s data center development projects. This role works under the Director, Cost & Procurement and is part of the Delivery Operations team, supporting multiple data center development projects across Japan. The role functions as a key partner to the Project Director, supporting project delivery from cost and procurement perspectives. From early project stages, the role contributes to project team structuring, master schedule development, cost planning, and procurement strategy, enabling efficient project execution. This is a hands-on role, directly involved in cost analysis, estimate evaluation, and procurement processes.
