Your first challenge will be to lead a strategic review of SHE across the region - this includes production, supply chain, sales, commercial and administration, then partner with executives and senior level managers to deliver competitive advantage in line with the mindset of achieving zero injuries, illnesses and waste. Based in Sydney, you will enjoy travel to domestic and regional sites to provide functional leadership as well as annual travel to global conferences.
