Field Lead

HBK Engineering is seeking a Field Lead, who will perform all duties of a Field Lead with greater responsibility, independence, and technical judgment. This role often includes interpreting survey plans, resolving field issues, coordinating with project managers or engineers, mentoring junior staff, and making on-site decisions that affect survey accuracy and efficiency. Senior Field Leads frequently handle complex boundaries, control, or construction surveys and may serve as the primary field liaison for clients or agencies. Work location Texas
