About The Role Reporting to the Group Manager, Workforce Resourcing & Recruitment, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership and strategically important roles across the business. You will partner closely with executives and senior stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies, provide market insights and secure high-calibre talent in competitive markets. Beyond recruitment delivery, you will play a key role in shaping Whitehaven's future workforce through the management of Early Talent programs, strategic talent pipelining and external partnerships that enhance our employer brand and talent attraction capability. What You'll Do • Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership, corporate and business critical positions • Partner with Executive and senior leaders to develop tailored attraction and hiring strategies • Deliver market mapping, talent intelligence and strategic sourcing activities for key appointments • Identify and engage passive talent through proactive search methodologies and relationship building • Drive and continuously improve Whitehaven's Early Careers programs • Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, educational institutions and industry bodies • Coordinate employer branding initiatives, sponsorships, industry events and talent engagement activities • Develop talent pipelines for future leadership and succession-critical positions • Analyse talent market trends and provide insights to support workforce planning initiatives • Champion innovation, technology and AI-enabled recruitment practices across the function • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, systems and candidate experience What You'll Bring • Significant experience in agency, executive search or internal talent acquisition environments • Demonstrated success recruiting senior leadership, specialist or business-critical roles • Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing capability • Advanced sourcing, market mapping and talent pipelining experience • Experience designing and delivering Early Talent programs • Proven ability to build and manage external partnerships with universities, industry associations and talent communities • Commercial acumen with the ability to align talent strategies to business outcomes • Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills Why Whitehaven?
