Job Description: Xcite Automotive is seeking an experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician with 3–5 years of proven hands-on expertise in dent removal, hail damage repair, and dealership-level reconditioning. This role is embedded directly in a dealership environment, where you will be responsible for maintaining OEM-level quality standards while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform high-quality paintless dent repair (PDR) on customer and inventory vehicles. Repair door dings, creases, minor collision dents, and hail damage without the need for painting or refinishing. Accurately assess vehicle damage and provide repair estimates. Ensure all work meets dealership, OEM, and customer standards for safety and quality. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, hours billed, and parts/tools used. Collaborate with service managers, detail technicians, and reconditioning team members to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround. Adhere to dealership safety and compliance policies. What you will need: 3–5 years of hands-on PDR expertise, including hail repair and high-volume dealership work. Ability to deliver OEM-level quality standards consistently. Experience estimating repairs, documenting work, and collaborating with reconditioning teams. Strong work ethic with ability to handle high volume while maintaining precision. Excellent communication skills for working with managers, teammates, and dealership staff.
