Director of Talent and Leadership Experience

The Director of Talent and Leadership Experience serves as a strategic people partner to HR and business leadership across Bally’s. This role is responsible for two interconnected functions: Candidate Experience (Talent Acquisition), and Leadership Experience, including Succession Planning. This leader supports enterprise strategy, technology, and systems optimization, data and metrics, and vendor management to ensure a best-in-class Candidate Experience function. For Leadership Experience, this role is hands on, directly designing, facilitating, and delivering programs that identify and grow top talent to ensure a strong, diverse internal bench through rigorous succession planning.
