About the role

Empowering Today, Shaping Tomorrow

We deliver complex infrastructure solutions that drive excellence from inception to completion. Our mission is to empower our clients and teams to achieve unparalleled success by providing tailored, innovative consulting services—ensuring every project is executed with precision and impact.

But infrastructure is more than just projects—it’s about unlocking potential and creating lasting change. We foster an environment where people are supported, celebrated, and empowered to grow, learn, and achieve. Our culture fuels imagination, creativity, and bold thinking, and we see that reflected in both our work and the meaningful impact it has on our shared environment.

As we continue to grow our presence in the Alberta market, we’re building relationships with individuals who can help us deliver the high standard we’re known for.

The Role

We are seeking to connect with experienced professionals for anticipated healthcare project opportunities. While specific project requirements may evolve, these engagements are expected to support the delivery of enabling projects within active healthcare environments, such as hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other clinical or support settings. Experience working within a healthcare facility environment is strongly preferred.

You will act as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, navigating complex stakeholder environments while supporting the delivery of projects that improve operational efficiency, service continuity, and clinical outcomes.

Important: Please note this opportunity is being offered as a consulting and/or fixed-term contract engagement and is not a permanent full-time employee position.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and deliver projects within active healthcare or long-term care environments, ensuring strong outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality
  • Manage project delivery from planning through execution, with a focus on coordinating activities in live operational settings such as hospitals or care facilities
  • Work closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure project activities align with service delivery needs and minimize disruption to care
  • Oversee coordination of consultants and contractors, including design and construction partners
