As a PTMW Welder, you’ll bring designs to life — fabricating parts and assemblies for custom OEM projects built to meet exact customer specifications. Key Responsibilities for our Welders include: Interpreting and following proper welding procedures and welding symbols on drawings. Using calibrated measuring tools (measuring tapes, squares, etc.) to properly fit up assemblies. Utilizing industry tools and equipment. Hand, pneumatic, electric, and battery powered tools. Plasma cutters, oxyacetylene torches, and carbon air arc. Welding parts in various positions, processes (GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW), and materials (Steel, Aluminum, and Stainless Steel). Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work area. Following all safety guidelines and procedures. Assisting in other areas of production as needed or as assigned.
