Our goal is clear: to protect and improve the environment by effectively managing refrigerants throughout their entire lifecycle Role Summary: The Global Compensation & Benefits Manager is responsible for leading the ongoing development, implementation and optimisation of A-Gas’ global reward strategy in support of business growth, operational performance and the A-Gas strategic plan. Reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer, this role will partner closely with the Executive Leadership team, regional P&C teams, business leaders and key stakeholders to ensure compensation and benefits frameworks are competitive, consistent, compliant and aligned to desired behaviours, performance outcomes and employee value proposition. The role combines strategic capability with hands-on delivery and plays a critical role in advancing reward maturity, governance and analytics across the organisation.
