Customer Service & Logistics Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will lead the Australia Customer Service activities based in Thailand, serving as the critical link between customers, Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and transportation providers. This role combines customer relationship management, order fulfillment, import/export coordination, and operational leadership to ensure every customer order is delivered accurately, on time, and with the highest level of service. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting international trade operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both customer experience and business performance.
