NDT Operators are responsible for assuring the NDT equipment is set up to assure we meet our quality standards as well as following Quality procedures Responsibilities: • Properly set up and calibrate equipment • Maintain inspection equipment • Changeover equipment • Verify Inspection standards are still expectable • Able to read Inspection chart and determine good or bad • Communicating quality issues to quality supervisor and production • Prep NDT reject samples in lab Minimum Education and/or Experience Requirements: Education: High School or equivalent. 40 hour UT course or 28 Hour EMI course Years of Experience: 120+ hours of NDT experience with certifications The incumbent is expected to understand that all employees have a shared responsibility for the quality of products and related services provided to our customers.
