Key Responsibilities include: Perform structural design and analysis for building and industrial structures Lead design production and execution across multiple active projects Prepare and review calculations, specifications, and construction documents Coordinate with civil teams and other disciplines Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure quality and code compliance Support construction administration (shop drawings, RFIs, site visits) Assist with proposals and client coordination Mentor junior engineers and support team development Manage schedules and budgets to meet project deadlines
