About the role

The Director of Movement, Redesign and Operations serves as the spiritual steward, relational architect, and strategic guide for Partner Services across the Unity Movement. This role carries the overarching vision, coherence, and consciousness tone for both arms of Partner Services— Ministries & Ministers and Regions (Domestic & International) . Rooted in the UC&L Charter , this leader ensures that ministries, ministers, credentialed leaders, LUTs, pods, chapters, and regions experience relational care , governance clarity , and alignment with the evolving identity of the global Unity Movement. The Director provides direct supervisory leadership for: Partner Services Success Coordinator – Ministries/Ministers Partner Services Success Coordinator – Regions Partner Services Administrator & Events Liaison The Director also represents Partner Services publicly and internally—speaking at events, gatherings, trainings, and movement-wide activations as needed—and co-leads strategic planning sessions with the UC&L Executive Director to shape long-range direction, priorities, and integrated movement pathways. B. ROLES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Vision & Spiritual Leadership Hold the consciousness tone, spiritual presence, and relational ethos of Partner Services—ensuring alignment with the UC&L Charter and Unity’s metaphysical foundation. 2. Team Leadership & Supervision Lead, coach, and support the Partner Services team (both Success Coordinators and the Administrator & Events Liaison), ensuring aligned priorities, healthy team culture, clear accountability, and coherent execution. 3. Movement-Wide Cohesion & Alignment Serve as a central connector between Partner Services and Unity Movement departments—UC&L, Youth & Family Education, Credentialing, Regions & International, and UWH Marketing/Events—to enable unified communication, shared strategies, and operational alignment. 4. Governance, Vitality & Leadership Support Provide high-level support and guidance for governance practices, vitality strategies, and relational well-being across ministries, ministers, LUTs, pods, chapters, and regional expressions of the movement. 5. Strategic Planning & Implementation Actively partner with the UC&L Executive Director in strategic planning—helping shape Partner Services direction, annual and long-range priorities, resource alignment, and movement-wide implementation pathways. 6. Global Field Engagement Sustain relationships with domestic and international leaders to nurture global cohesion, shared storytelling, cross-cultural alignment, mutual learning, and an inspiring shared spiritual identity throughout the movement. 7. Speaking & Representation Represent Partner Services at gatherings, including: Unity Village events Regional or international summits Movement-wide calls or activations Leadership trainings Conferences or special events Serve as a visible and grounded presence offering Charter-aligned messaging, spiritual framing, and relational coherence. 8. Data, Storytelling & Movement Dashboards Oversee the flow of Partner Services insights, stories, and data to ensure meaningful contributions to dashboards tracking: Ministry vitality Regional engagement Pod/Chapter activation Consciousness indicators Global participation trends 9. Resource Stewardship & Charter Integrity Ensure Partner Services materials, communications, and governance resources reflect the spiritual-digital language, metaphysical grounding, and Charter ethos of the movement. 10. Relationship Stewardship & Pastoral Presence Serve as a pastoral, relational, and supportive presence for ministers, ministries, regional leaders, credentialed leaders, and movement partners—offering clarity, grounding, compassionate communication, and steady spiritual leadership. 11. Collaboration with Marketing & Events Partner with UWH Marketing & Events to support consistent movement-wide messaging, storytelling coherence, brand alignment, and successful execution of Partner Services–related events and gatherings.
