Position Summary: As a Teller, you’ll be the face of the bank, helping customers with their daily financial needs while ensuring accuracy and professionalism. The schedule for this position is to work 20-29 hours Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting customers with deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions Verifying checks, endorsements, and proper identification Balancing your cash drawer daily and assisting with branch balancing tasks Answering customer inquiries in person and by phone, while maintaining confidentiality Referring customers to other SFB team members for specialized services Supporting branch operations and ensuring compliance with regulations
