Memory Care Specialist/QMAP - The Commons

We are hiring Memory Care Specialists and QMAP Memory Care Specialists at The Commons! This position is responsible for the health and wellbeing of memory care residents and providing personal care assistance and assistance with all activities of daily living. This position must provide protective oversight, redirection, behavior therapies, and customer service to residents in the Memory Care Wing at The Commons. Available schedules for these positions are posted below. The Memory Care Specialist position has a starting wage range of $17.85-$18.74 per hour. The Memory Care QMAP position has a starting wage range of $18.35-$19.27 per hour. Accepting applications until 07/31/2026.
