What You'll Do

We are looking for a Product Developer in the Product Development team in our London Battersea office specifically to lead the development of successful and profitable programmes for key Ninja products, acting as the market expert and driving new product launches within the UK and mainland Europe.

• Support the SharkNinja business with the development of successful and profitable programmes for new products, leading and assisting key workstreams in the NPD lifecycle from brainstorm phase through mass production

• Bring new products to launch within the UK and mainland Europe, partnering with global product development on product definitions, consumer-relevant design targets, and performance KPIs

• Conduct and analyse market research to identify consumer needs, market gaps, and the competitive landscape

• Understand regional and local compliance risks and unique regional needs; advocate for these product nuances with cross-functional and global teams
