Team Leader, Shipping & Receiving

Lead team members in tasks associated with the shipment/receipt of engines and engine components. Train team members on policies and procedures, work duties, and employee safety. Administer employee performance reviews, hiring, promotions, employee scheduling and disciplinary actions. Prioritize/assign shipping/receiving workload, including but not limited to priority (expedited) shipments, engine shipments, hardware shipments, STO’s, and misdirected shipments. Order/maintain packaging materials. Respond to CARD Actions as necessary. Obtain and maintain Hazmat Certification (IATA and 49 CFR).
