Inside Sales Executive

Conduct outbound/inbound calls to potential or existing customers Pitch products or services to generate sales or set appointments Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients Handle objections confidently and close leads Meet daily and monthly sales targets and conversion metrics Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM or call logs Requirements 6 months to 3 years of experience in voice process, telesales, telemarketing, or customer services Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Experience in BPO, customer service, outbound/inbound sales Prior B2B or B2C client handling experience is a plus
