SUMMARY: The Massage Therapist will provide excellent spa treatment services not limited to massages attending to any immediate needs throughout their spa visit. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide spa services in a timely manner, utilizing proper draping procedures and treatment protocols, remaining quiet through treatment. Educate guests on the benefits of their treatment and how to continue the spa experience after departing the spa. Recommend and sell spa products to guests. Set up workstation with necessary supplies. Courteously and expediently, accommodate all guest requests and follow up to ensure completion of request. Handle guest complaints and questions, ensuring guest satisfaction. Ask guests about any contraindications before beginning service. Maintain cleanliness of spa, including transporting soiled linens to the proper areas. Let the Front Desk Lead of all supply and material needs. Attend all meetings, trainings, and workshops as required by the Spa Director. Other projects and duties as assigned.
