Customer Experience Associate

The Purple Carrot is a meal kit delivery service that makes it fun and easy for consumers to prepare and eat healthy, great-tasting plant-based meals at home. We are looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join on the front lines by engaging with customers via email, phone, live chat and social media. This entry-level position is based in our Needham, MA headquarters, where you’ll be an integral part of our team. We are a hardworking team helping to solve the problem of not being able to eat both healthy and conveniently at home. Launched in late 2014, our team is lean and everyone wears many hats. We are looking for an energetic, results-oriented, customer service representative with excellent people skills to join our growing, fast-paced team. About the role Answer customer calls and reply to email inquires using Zen Desk Engage with customers through our social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest Assist customers in managing our new subscription model rolling out in June 2015 are willing to pitch in wherever necessary Build positive relationships with our operations team to ensure customers are receiving the best product and service possible Respond quickly and efficiently to customer complaints and inquiries Qualifications Stellar written and verbal communication skills Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 1-2 years customer service related experience (retail, restaurants, etc.) Thrive in fast paced, rapidly growing environment Comfortable working in a team environment Have a passion for good, healthy food Willing to pitch in wherever necessary Creative thinker that is flexible and hard-working Computer literacy required (Microsoft Office, Google Platforms, Social Media Platforms) Consumer Package Foods Experience and Start-Up experience a plus If you thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment, and meet our qualifications, please forward your resume and salary requirements.
