Shift Supervisor

Provide support and direction to clients and staff at Harrison. Duties include but are not limited to managing milieu, activity facilitation, deemed point person for questions and problem solving. Assist with Admissions. Provide Shift coverage as necessary. Complete documentation within specified time frames, provide training, quality assurance, staff supervision and attend required meetings. Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of withdrawal management services to clients while promoting benefits of recovery into their daily living situations.
