What your new challenge will look like

You will be hired as a specialist for material management for the 4flow management business line. Your area of work will involve material management activities for 4flow customers. In particular, this will include the following tasks:

- Creating and managing orders and call-offs towards suppliers and track confirmations - Monitoring deliveries, shipments, and stock levels - Identifying and resolving material shortages, delays, and bottlenecks, including escalation - Managing end-to-end order and booking processes in SAP (GR, GI, customs, invoicing) - Ensuring material availability for production and customer supply - Supporting transport and logistics execution (e.g. freight order creation, ASN checks) - Close coordination with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders
