Sac and Fox Casino- Security Officer

The Security Officer acts as an ambassador of the casino while protecting the assets and providing a safe environment for our employees and guests. Performs all functions in accordance with applicable gaming laws and regulations, as well as Sac & Fox Casino’s established policies, procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following: The following is a list of the main duties/responsibilities; other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by your supervisor/manager. Responsible for the safety and well-being of guests and fellow employees. Gives directions and provides escort to customers in need. Provides assistance to civil and law enforcement authorities, including testimony in court and other administrative hearings. Verifies jackpots when needed. Regularly provides escorts of money and persons in money-handling positions. Provides first aid, including CPR when necessary and as trained. Patrols all sections of property to identify safety hazards and breaks in security. Interviews, investigates and documents all applicable incidents in accordance with company policy. Makes lost and found detailed descriptions of people and incidents. Completes daily paperwork and logs as requested by manager or supervisor. Practice courteous, respectful treatment and communications with all customers, team members and managers at all levels. Practice professional and competent attitude, personal hygiene, grooming and appearance at all times. Enforce and follow security policy and procedure as well as all Casino policy and procedure. Follow on-going promotions in preparation of answering questions from customers and understanding functions that security may have a role in, such as securing drawing hoppers, crowd control, etc. Performs all other job related duties as requested. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
