Benefits Manager

What is a Benefits Manager? The Benefits Manager will focus specifically on benefits plan development and administration for the entire organization. This role will report directly to the VP of Human Resources and assist in aligning the benefits programs with company strategic goals and objectives. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, finance or related field. Three years benefits administration experience at a senior level. Knowledge of all applicable government regulations including ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, SECTION 125, etc. Working knowledge of Human Resources principles and procedures for benefits administration , 401(k) and personnel information systems.
