We're currently hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for an elementary school opportunity in Wilmington, Delaware for the 2026–2027 school year .

About the Opportunity

This full-time, onsite position will support a blended caseload of elementary-aged students in grades Kindergarten through 6th grade . The anticipated caseload is approximately 45 students and includes a variety of communication needs commonly seen in school-based settings.

You'll collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers to help students reach their communication goals while making a meaningful impact every day.

Students May Present With:

  • Articulation and phonological disorders
  • Expressive and receptive language delays
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Developmental delays
  • Fluency disorders
  • Other speech and language communication needs

What You'll Do

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services
  • Develop and implement IEP goals
  • Participate in eligibility meetings and IEP meetings
  • Complete documentation and Medicaid billing (if applicable)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Experience with school-based evaluations, IEP development, and educational documentation is preferred.
