GENERAL SUMMARY: Manages delinquent member accounts through outbound and inbound collection efforts. Responsible for meeting delinquency, loss rate, and productivity goals as set by management and is charged with protecting the credit union from loss through prompt and efficient collection procedures. This role is eligible for a language stipend of $200/monthly after 90 days of employment
