Position Summary The Painter is responsible for preparing and painting vacant apartment homes to support unit readiness, leasing timelines, and overall property presentation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring each apartment meets company quality standards and delivers a strong first impression for incoming residents. The Painter works closely with the Maintenance and Property Management teams to complete unit turns efficiently while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Work Arrangement Location: Onsite / Edge 1909 / Pittsburgh, PA Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM On-Call / Weekends: Occasional, based on business needs Key Responsibilities Prepare apartment units for painting, including patching, sanding, caulking, and priming surfaces. Complete full-unit repaints and touch-ups to support make-ready and move-in schedules. Apply paint with a high-quality, professional finish while maintaining clean and organized work areas. Inspect completed work to ensure company quality standards are met. Assist with unit turns and general maintenance as needed while following all company safety policies and procedures.
