We are currently hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our Nursing team and provide compassionate, high-quality personal care and delegated nursing services to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Wage: $19.00–$21.50/hr. DOE Shift: PM float 4 PM-9 PM Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday What You’ll Do • Assist residents with personal care: dressing, grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, and applying lotions • Provide toileting assistance and incontinence care • Support ambulation, transfers, and repositioning using assistive devices and safe body mechanics • Offer assistance with hearing aids, glasses, and sensory devices • Provide medication reminders, assistance, or administration as delegated by an RN • Assist with blood glucose monitoring and insulin injections (delegated by RN) • Prepare meals per dietary plans and provide feeding support when needed • Record and report vital signs and resident concerns promptly • Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities • Use dementia care techniques including validation and redirection • Assist with treatments as delegated by RNs or licensed therapists • Maintain household cleanliness: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry • Ensure proper organization and stocking of medical and household supplies What We’re Looking For At least 18 years old Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Commitment to working every other weekend and scheduled holidays Preferred: CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Minnesota Preferred: Experience working with older adults in hospital, nursing home, or home care settings Preferred: Prior medication administration experience Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, we value a diverse, inclusive workforce and we provide equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
