THE OPPORTUNITY

KRAFTON is a global video game organization headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, known for its commitment to “Keep the craftsmanship on.” We develop and publish world-class titles such as PUBG: Battlegrounds, Subnautica, inZOI, and others through our internationally recognized studios, including PUBG Studios, Unknown Worlds, and Tango Gameworks

As part of our expanding global operations, the Legal Team is seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to support a wide range of commercial transactions, IP management, and broader legal operations across Krafton and its affiliates worldwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Draft, negotiate, review, and advise on a broad portfolio of commercial agreements, including:
  • Publishing Agreements
  • Platform Agreements
  • Services agreements
  • Development and licensing agreements
  • Merchandising agreements
  • Technology and software license agreements
  • Data privacy–related agreements
  • Develop, maintain, and improve contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal resources.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements and templates.
  • Build strong working relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with global stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the IP team to identify, register, protect, and enforce the company’s IP portfolio, including copyrights, trademarks, and domain names.
