Job Title: Assistant General Manager (Dual Hotel Operations) SpringHill Suites and Residence Inn Tulsa South We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee the operations of two hotel properties. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to lead and coordinate the management teams across multiple locations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations across both properties - Coordinate and support department heads to ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety - Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize revenue and profitability - Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control - Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and legal regulations - Lead, motivate, and develop staff to foster a positive and productive work environment - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction - Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality standards - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote hotel offerings and increase occupancy - Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for hotel staff Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in hotel management, preferably with experience overseeing multiple properties - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements - Flexibility to work across two locations and adapt to changing priorities - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred - Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite Join our vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences and fostering professional growth.
