Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Lifecycle Expert with specialized knowledge of email, SMS, CRM, and Loyalty marketing best practices and advanced strategies. You possess a strong leadership presence and consistently think of innovative ways to execute ideas and processes with a "think outside of the box" mentality. With an emphasis on training, you will be expected to support the management team in developing the email team's strategies and have an impact on the team at large.
