Python Lead – Data Science

We are looking for a highly experienced Python Lead to drive architecture, design, and delivery of Python-based platforms supporting Data Science and analytics solutions. This is a customer-facing leadership role requiring deep hands-on expertise in Python engineering, scalable system design, cloud technologies, and team management. Key Responsibilities: Architect and lead large-scale Python applications for data-driven platforms. Define software architecture, design patterns, and coding standards in Python Lead development using Django and Flask frameworks Design and deliver microservices-based systems with cloud integration Collaborate with data science teams to support ML/DS workloads Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments Act as technical point of contact for customers and stakeholders Mentor and manage engineering teams, ensuring delivery excellence Requirements 10–15 years of experience with strong focus on Python engineering Deep expertise in Python software architecture and design patterns Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, and modern JavaScript frameworks Strong exposure to microservices, messaging systems, and distributed systems Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop Solid hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD Cloud experience across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP Proven customer-facing experience and team handling skills Excellent communication skills with a grounded, delivery-focused mindset
