Position - General Manager - Accounts Qualifications - Qualified CA Experience - 15 - 20 years Salary range - 40 LPA Working Days & Timings : Monday to Friday 10 to 6.30, All Saturdays 10 to 3 pm Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Candidate should be able to work independently. 2. Candidate must have strong knowledge and experience in Group Accounts Controller, Monthly MIS Reporting, ERP Development, Cost Variance Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting. 3. Candidate should have relevant work experience in areas like Infrastructure, EPC, Constructions etc. 4. Candidate should fulfill the requirement of technical skills like Leadership, Problem Solving & Critical Thinking, Team Handling & Coordination and Execution. 5. Candidate should fulfill the requirement of behavioral skills like Time Management, Communication, Conflict Resolution and Developmental role.
