What You'll Do As a Service Advisor Assistant, you'll work alongside our experienced Service Advisors to ensure every customer has an outstanding service experience. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming customers and assisting with the service check-in process Helping schedule service appointments and keeping customer information up to date Communicating with customers regarding appointments, vehicle status, and parts availability Assisting with work orders, invoices, and dealership management system (DMS) documentation Coordinating with the Parts and Service Departments to keep repairs moving efficiently Following up with customers after service to ensure complete satisfaction Answering customer questions and providing exceptional service from start to finish Maintaining organized service records and administrative files Helping keep the service department clean, organized, and operating efficiently Supporting the Service Advisors and Service Manager with daily operations At Lewis Automotive Group, we believe our employees are our greatest asset.
