The Content Developer develops high-quality training that supports clinical trial operations, regulatory compliance, and scientific rigor and leads training design and development strategy at CTI. The designer partners closely with subject-matter experts (SMEs), quality and compliance teams, and operational leaders to ensure training is accurate, audit-ready, and aligned with organizational goals.
