The Care Team Hospice is seeking a part-time CNA to provide personal care and comfort-focused support to hospice patients in their homes and in facility settings, working alongside our interdisciplinary team to ensure dignity, compassion, and quality of life throughout the hospice journey. Schedule, Hours & Territory • Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This is a part-time role. • This role will cover Tawas, MI, and territories within an approximate one-hour radius of the market.
