Phlebotomist Role Join Our Team at House of Diagnostics, Delhi NCR Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Phlebotomist to assist in the collection of blood samples for laboratory testing and diagnostics. As a Phlebotomist at House of Diagnostics, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver accurate and timely diagnostics to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to draw blood samples in a safe and hygienic manner, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients. Key Responsibilities Perform venipunctures and skin punctures to collect blood samples. Ensure the proper labeling and handling of collected samples. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, adhering to health and safety protocols. Record patient information and sample details accurately in the system. Collaborate with medical and laboratory staff to expedite efficient processing and analysis of samples. Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient concerns and questions promptly and professionally. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in phlebotomy or medical technology is a plus. Professional certification in Phlebotomy (e.g., NCPT, CPT) is preferred. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical laboratory or hospital setting. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols rigorously.
