Manager Clinical Services

The Manager of Clinical Services ("Manager") supports the mission, goals, and strategic plan of LifeLink Foundation, Inc. (“LifeLink”) by providing leadership, operational oversight, and performance accountability for the Administrator On Call ("AOC") program. This role ensures the AOC team consistently delivers safe, compliant, high-performing clinical oversight of the organ donation process, from referral through allocation and surgical recovery, while maintaining a strong service culture and disciplined execution in high-acuity environments.
