Acute Rehab Unit Registered Nurse (Full Time, Night Shift)

3,12-hour shifts, 5pm-5:30am. This position is eligible for a $5K sign on bonus. *New Grads Welcome* Acute Rehab Unit Registered Nurse (Night Shift) provides direct nursing care to patients with temporary, progressive or permanent physical disabilities, trauma and or chronic illness. Working together with a multidisciplinary team, the Rehab nurse through careful assessment creates and implements a plan of care, and interventions to assist patients in adapting to an altered lifestyle, and to attain and maintain maximum function while providing a therapeutic environment for both the patients and their family members development.
